- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s important my customers know that I charge a $200 flat rate starting fee for all offered services. Within the booking process, I will further assess my customers needs, and will provide a final quote. My rates are aimed to ensure fair pricing, while also securing the expenses of supplies, travel, work load, and time spent. Any additional services added the day of that were not discussed during booking, will be subject to an additional $25 fee per service, for same day attention (if availability allows). MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANINGS HAVE THEIR OWN PRICE SCALE ~ PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN! **I currently do not offer basement, attic or garage cleaning/organization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to first confirm exactly which services are desired. Once my customer and I solidify expectations & prices, I proceed with scheduling! And the rest is history! (Check out my reviews section 😉)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a professional housekeeper for a couple of popular hotels in previous years.
