- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take a small company approach when working my clients. I don’t ask for contracts just be fair if you must cancel to provide me adequate notice to plan my work and compensate my employees. I have all inclusive pricing with a Deep Clean service or can work with clients to customize a Standard Cleaning with add on services if they so choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer in their home or business for free estimate. Discuss there specific needs. Offer services that meet their preferred frequency and budget.

I work with customers from all walks of life. I strive to provide quality service for a quality price, providing my customers with busy lives services that make their lives less hectic. My customers value coming home to a fresh, germ free home!
