Reached out to this company via thumbtack as their reviews were perfect.. set the time, date, and payment for service. They requested a $100 deposit for booking that would go to my total amount paid. sounds great! well my date/time comes and goes, no communication from ANYONE. finally get a follow up text 24+ hours after my cleaning was supposed to be complete offering to reschedule me. i told them no and that i wanted my deposit back. it's been radio silent since. now i've had 100 dollars stolen from me and an apartment that needs to be completely cleaned within a week. would absolutely never recommend this company and im disgusted with the blatant disregard for my time and money.
