About this pro
Every person that worked on the house from the beginning to the end were awesome. No regrets paying more!Aug 25, 2017Verified
Truly the best company to work with! All team members were professional, courteous and immediately responsive to questions and needs. While I hope not to paint my home again in the near future, when I do it will definitely be with this company!Aug 17, 2017VerifiedBrock W.'s reply

Great result. Had some tough rain to deal with and handled the situation professionally.Apr 25, 2017VerifiedBrock W.'s reply
You just have to work with those spring rains. Thanks for the great review!
Our estimator was prompt, paint crews and managers ran a clean work site and were responsive where we requested changes/adjustments, and Blake, Ryan, and Stetson rendered outstanding customer service start to finish. We especially noticed Great Plains's unmatched quality assurance; they made sure down to the last detail that every part of the job was done right. Can't say enough how excellent our experience was.Apr 6, 2017VerifiedBrock W.'s reply
Thank you so much. It was a pleasure working with you!
We ran into a number of problems throughout the project: got the wrong color paint, the paint did not adhere to the gutters, etc. Throughout, Great Plains stepped up and fixed the problems, no questions asked even when an issue was noticed after they had been fully paid. They got the job done and made sure it was done right.Dec 12, 2016VerifiedBrock W.'s reply
Thank you Aaron! Problems happen sometimes and we know the only thing to do is to step up and fix them. Thanks for working with us.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It is important to know that for a typical two story home in Missouri/Kansas can vary greatly in price. I could come up with a quote as low as $2000-$2500, or as high as $6000-$8000 depending on the materials being used, the level of prep work required, and complexity of the job. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want, and we can provide multiple options you can compare side by side.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We are experts are residential exterior painting. Most of the homes we paint are 7-20 years old, getting their 2nd or 3rd paint job ever. Common problems on the house are peeling paint on trim boards, door trim, window trim, garage trim, fading paint on the south or sunny sides of the house, and cracking joints where boards meet. These are all common problems in Missouri and Kansas and can be fixed very easily. If they are not fixed, however, they can lead to expensive carpentry problems.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Trust yourself. Hire the company that you are most comfortable with and make sure everything is in a written agreement.
