- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide detailed and personalized proposal for all projects. The price varied depending on the type and level of detail each individual wants. For instance painting a rental interior walls the existing colors costs much less than a full interior repaint of the customers personal home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a specific time to meet with the customer for to create a detailed written proposal which includes; prep work, materials used, costs, painting process, communication, and cleanup. Free proposals and color consultation. Field and office personnel dedicated to service from office and field personnel. We work around the customers schedule and clean up when the project is complete. Follow up after the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide certification and on going training for office staff and our painters. Our Training and Certification includes but is not limited to national CertaPro 5 Star Certification program, on line CertaPro Universality, annual CertaPro conference, safety training, EPA Certified Lead Renovation and other training supplied by CertaPro Ltd, Sherwin Williams, and others.
