We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience with Excellence Hardscape from the consultation stage to the final walk through. Sergio and Alondra answered our many questions and spent the time discussing the design and products all before we even made the decision to move forward with the project. We were able to see a job they had just completed in person and we were sold. Juan and the crew are knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. Even with a last minute design change from me- they were flexible and still able to complete on schedule. Now - they were not the lowest bid that we got however with the personal touch, open communication and quality workmanship -we have no regrets and cannot be more pleased with our patio addition.

The Torres Family Landscaping crew that worked on our backyard was beyond amazing! Sergio came out to do the quote and was the main point of contact. He did a great job and explaining the process and the reasons behind every step. Juan was the team lead once the project began, him and the crew were very profesional, always on time and everyone was very hard working and fast. The yard turned out better than expected and we will definitely use them again for our future Landscaping projects.

The Torres Family Landscaping company was extremely responsive. I have tried to work with many other landscaping companies in the past, and most of them just stop responding. Torres kept me in the loop as to when they were coming out for an estimate, when to expect the estimate, and when they would be able to start the job. They went above and beyond with one of our projects which was replacing a small tree. The shrub that was chosen to replace it was not available in the area. They company drove to a nursery that was over 30 miles away just to find the exact shrub we wanted for the replacement. Most other landscaping companies would have just place "something similar" in place. I will be using Torres again for future landscaping projects!

Torres family landscaping gets my highest recommendation. The bid process was easy and allowed us to consider multiple options and decide which best suited our price range. And then the work was excellent. Everything they said would be complete was at least as good as my expectations and in a couple cases exceeded my expectations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that prices can vary a lot due to material. No 2 projects are ever the same!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a 3 step process when working with our clients.
Step 1: On-site estimate. Usually last about 30 minutes. We discuss the project, take measurements and talk about what the clients wants and the budget they want to work with.
Step 2: You receive your estimate within 72 hours. If we are approved we'll sign our contract, take the deposit and get you on our schedule!
Step 3: We start your project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15+ years of experience in the Landscaping/ Hardscaping industry and have seen/done almost any kind of job you can imagine!
