At first things were great had a Wednesday appointment at 6 scheduled. At 6:07, I wrote Preston to say we were in the backyard waiting for him. He wrote back saying that things got out of hand and he was sorry could we reschedule for Saturday or Sunday. I wrote how about Saturday. Never received a response. I wrote back a day later asking about the rescheduling. It’s been almost a week and nothing. Attached is photo of our text. The lack of response really shocked and saddened me.
