If you want someone with over a decade of coaching & consulting experience, is certified as a C.P.A., as a Master Hypnotist, as a Master Practitioner in NLP, and certified in Mental & Emotional Release Therapy, I'm your coach. Over the course of our time together, Caleb has really gotten me to look at things from a different perspective. Not just in sport, but in life. He has tough me to value every day life habits, and to take pride in winning the little tasks, as they will translate to winning big in life and in my sport. He hits every aspect and really gets YOU to want to take the next step in giving yourself the best chance take responsibility, control, and ultimately succeed in your personal life, and your endeavors. Hes down to earth and just a normal guy which really makes him easy to work with and open up to. Definitely a guy well worth knowing and his knowledge is very valuable, especially in todays world!

I have been working with Caleb for about 12 weeks so far - and I just committed to 12 more. I have struggled to start this review because I am at a loss for words when it comes to describing the transformative work I have done in 12 short weeks. I have identified mental barriers and thought patterns that have limited my growth and potential and happiness for the past 40+ years. After receiving an invitation to participate in a televised competition, I immediately entered a state of regret, self-doubt and inadequacy. A friend referred me to Caleb and suggested I should reach out to him. Having heavily invested the last two years in my physical fitness, I reluctantly decided to invest in my mental preparation as well...something way outside of my comfort zone. Over the past few months, Caleb has helped me reprogram my brain. Weve identified my thought processes and mental default settings that need adjustment to become the athlete, competitor and individual that I want to be. Im excited to test the work and carry the tools provided not only in competition, but in all areas of life.

Caleb has been fantastic to work with! We started working together to help me mentally prepare for a fight and when an injury took me out of the game, we were able to switch gears and focus in on other life goals. He helps keep me on track and focused in all areas of my life! Highly recommend!
