It's hard to find this level of customer service these days.
When looking for a mover, I went through many estimate conversations that had misleading prices, off the wall prices and a bit of a mystery as to whether or not someone would show up on moving day.
Daniel at Oikois really stood out. He gave a fair price and emailed an understandable estimate with no concerning extra fees. Beyond that, he really stood out as a professional business. When Daniel asked me what he could do to earn my business, I was sold and hired him.
They showed up on time on the day of the move, were exceptionally friendly and handled my antiques and vintage items with extra care and kept me apprised of the cost as we went, so there would be no surprise cost at the end. (He knew this was a "surprise move" and I was not well-funded for it)
Daniel and Rad at Oikos made moving day as stress-free and relaxed as possible. They get 10 stars from me.

Great group of people to move your stuff! Daniel was easy to work with and so were the men he sent out to move my things! They did an outstanding job, taking great care with all of my things. The load itself took the longest but even that was still done in an amazing time and the unload a whole lot less! Rad also asked me where I wanted things to go and gave input on how to angle the bookcase in my room! Made my day a lot less stressful and overall was a wonderful experience after someone else backed out on me. Now I know I can call on Daniel and his team to help the next time I need help. Truly a 10/10 experience.

Stop your search now and book with these guys! We had the pleasure of having their team move our 1 bedroom to 3rd floor unit across town. Not only are these fellas absolute workhorses, they are as friendly as can be. We literally blinked and they had moved our full deep freezer without a grunt or huff! The owner was on site for our job helping and such an absolute delight to talk to. We will be booking them for all our future moves!

Daniel and his crew made moving from my home of 28 years so much smoother! Courteous, cheerful, careful, and diligent are just some of the adjectives I’d use to describe these movers. They reduced my stress level several degrees as they wrapped and protected my antique furniture. They were also mindful of unloading into a space that had new carpet and paint. Highly recommended.

The move couldnt have went any better or smoothly. The pricing was great. All questions were answered and concerns put at ease. Always easy to get ahold of before the date if needed. Day of, they were on time, as well as very efficient and careful with our items. They worked fast and very well together as a team.
