- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 standard charges the truck and travel which covers the cost of the truck and the drive to and from the locations. The next charge is or hourly rate which is $60 per person per hour so the 2 man hourly rate is $120 per hour. The last is our 9% consumables which covers all the pads, tape, shrink, and equipment we will use throughout your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For anyone interested in a move the first thing we need is a complete list of all the items you need moved and the locations of the place we are moving to/from. After we have all this information you can give me a call or a text and I can give you a professional estimate on the same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of previous moving experience as an operation manager for one of the highest rated moving company in the Kansas City area. Our goal is to use that knowledge and experience to provide you with a top-quality service at a fraction of the price.
