- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several discounts, please to be sure to ask what promotion we are having currently at time of booking. Extra fees include but not limited to, one time charge of truck/travel/equipment fee. We also have a 2 hour minimum so any jobs shorter than 2 hours will be charged for 2 hours. We charge in 15 minute increments. There is a same day booking fee. Deposit is required at time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to clearly understand the customers needs to appropriately quote them. We start off with asking basic information such as location to and from, available dates for move, type of residence, any specific loading or unloading instructions, approximate amount and type of items, and lastly budget. We understand every situation is different so we work closely with the customer to accommodate and to make the customer feel happy and at ease with the whole experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure all of our employees from office to movers, have adequate experience in related fields. We have a multi stage training program to ensure our employees can handle any situation and are ready to adapt to find the best solution for you at the moment. We like to treat every customer like family and make sure we are prepared to provide the utmost customer service.
