It was a fiasco. they brought a truck that was too small and they didn't pack the furniture efficiently to conserve space (so they ended up leaving some at my old place). it was just a jumbled mess. I had to wait for the head guy to show up with tools so they could disassemble my beds and move them, then when they disassembled the beds, they mixed up the pieces which had to be sorted later and then couldn't get the beds put back together. I gave them a two instead of a one just because of persistence. they stuck around for quite a while and left and came back later, but it really was a frustrating experience.

Definitely understand your frustration, I take full responsibility used the same crew for 2 jobs and they were wore out and didn't give you their best. I wish I would have known they were unable to get all the items. We got the truck to fit the projected 6 items or so that you told us but no excuses. I apologize for all the frustration. Why I myself came out 2 times to try my best to fix the situation wish you would have told me they didn't get everything in the load when I was there
