Introduction: I've been in the kitchen for over 20 years, I was trained under a James Beard award winning chef. Over the years i have gained some pretty cool awards! Just recently I was named "rising chef 2019" in Feast magazine, as well as received "Best new restaraunt 2019, Feast magazine.
I'm absolutely obsessed with quality and pleasing my customers. If it's not perfect, it doesn't meet the cut! Everything that I prepare is made from scratch, butter, sour cream, yogurt, bread, mayo, everything, every single thing that goes into your meals will be made by hand. I also believe in being waste free, so anything that is left over like stems or fat from chickens, everything will be used.
