Ryan was absolutely incredible!!! We will be hiring him again in the future and we look forward to that time already. I hired Ryan to do a private dinner party for my husband’s 40th birthday. He prepared 3 delicious courses for a group of our friends and he did not disappoint. He was excellent to communicate with leading up to the event, he was willing to accommodate food allergies without issue and he was great to interact with throughout the evening. There were so many personalized details where he truly went above and beyond to focus on providing an experience we wouldn’t forget. If you’re on the fence about hiring Chef Ryan, just do it!! It was a wonderful experience and we are grateful for the memories.

In late 2024 I was looking for a Christmas gift for my parents who are hard to buy for. I thought it would be great to get them an in-home chef for an evening for 6 people. Luckily, they invited me and our whole family and we ended up having 9 people total this past Sunday in October 2025. Ryan and his server Olivia showed up to my parent’s early to setup and prep everything. The dinner chef Ryan had prepared for us was an incredible 4-course meal that was so delicious - not only the taste but also the presentation. Everyone loved every course. He came out to explain and serve each course and was very friendly and approachable. The extra bonus was that everything was cleaned up so my parents didn’t have to lift a finger. Will definitely use Ryan again in the future! (Not pictured: the delicious pecan pie with cream)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a default - I’m probably not the cheapest and prefer working with high-end ingredients. . . But I am also very proficient in budget planning and have had tons of experience creatively bridging the gaps between what my clients would like and what their budgets will allow. I will always give you a straight and honest answer. Just ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know as much as possible about my clients. What they prefer, but more importantly what they do not care for. I really like repeat clients with whom I know preferences well. I always want to create an experience that will not be forgotten
