Chef Ryan’s overall service was comprehensively amazing. His meals are delicious and his culinary skills are top notch. He is confident in his skills and is proud to teach others about how to enjoy his creations. Ryan Sneed is professional and respectful. The overall meal service he prepared in our home was perfect along with service and plating. He was responsive as we planned prior and ensured the house was returned to the same condition afterwards. I don’t usually leave reviews and this was our first experience hosting a work dinner at our home with a ‘chef’. A magical night because of him and his crew. We will be making this an annual event with him now.

Chef Ryan delivered an absolutely outstanding experience from the moment he walked through our door to the very second he left. Every detail — organization, timing, preparation, execution, cleanliness — was handled at the highest level. We could immediately tell we were in the hands of a true professional. Even leading up to the event, he was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with as we worked through a menu that fit what we were hoping for. The planning process felt effortless. We shared some preferences but ultimately told him we wanted his creativity and flair to shine through — and it absolutely did. This evening was designed to be more of a hands-on cooking class for my husband, who was admittedly a little nervous at first. Chef Ryan put him completely at ease. My husband is not a novice in the kitchen, and Chef Ryan still managed to teach him incredible new techniques and “tricks of the trade.” They worked seamlessly together, and Chef Ryan had an impressive ability to keep the entire dinner moving smoothly while still providing thoughtful instruction. He balanced everything beautifully — interacting with us naturally and effortlessly, feeling like part of the group, yet never losing focus or professionalism. He somehow managed to stay fully engaged while also letting us enjoy our guests without ever feeling intrusive or overbearing. It was the perfect mix of head-down precision and warm personality. The food was exceptional. Every dish was unique, intentional, and beautifully plated. We could not stop taking pictures. Dessert was phenomenal. Watching the progression of each course unfold felt like witnessing a little bit of magic in our own kitchen. He made nearly six hours in our kitchen feel effortless. We laughed, learned, and genuinely enjoyed every moment. My husband had an absolute blast, and we are still talking about the experience. If you’re on the fence about booking Chef Ryan — don’t hesitate. The level of talent, professionalism, and overall experience he delivers makes it worth every bit. In late 2024 I was looking for a Christmas gift for my parents who are hard to buy for. I thought it would be great to get them an in-home chef for an evening for 6 people. Luckily, they invited me and our whole family and we ended up having 9 people total this past Sunday in October 2025. Ryan and his server Olivia showed up to my parent’s early to setup and prep everything. The dinner chef Ryan had prepared for us was an incredible 4-course meal that was so delicious - not only the taste but also the presentation. Everyone loved every course. He came out to explain and serve each course and was very friendly and approachable. The extra bonus was that everything was cleaned up so my parents didn’t have to lift a finger. Will definitely use Ryan again in the future! (Not pictured: the delicious pecan pie with cream)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a default - I’m probably not the cheapest and prefer working with high-end ingredients. . . But I am also very proficient in budget planning and have had tons of experience creatively bridging the gaps between what my clients would like and what their budgets will allow. I will always give you a straight and honest answer. Just ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know as much as possible about my clients. What they prefer, but more importantly what they do not care for. I really like repeat clients with whom I know preferences well. I always want to create an experience that will not be forgotten
