Introduction: My name is Mitchell McCallister. The roots of my passion grow deep. It began at a young age when I started playing baseball. Through baseball I was able to learn what it takes to accomplish my own goals, and also what its like to experience adversity and overcome that adversity after tearing my ACL my Sophmore year of college. My goal was to play D1 baseball and I was well on my way to accomplishing that goal until my season was cut short. I've come face to face with adversity and understand what its like to fight through that adversity. My goal will always be to allow my clients to grow in ways they never thought were imaginable. I'm determined, motivated, knowledgeable, caring, and truly want whats best for all my clients.     I've always had a deep passion for helping others accomplish their goals. I'm someone who will stop at nothing to make sure you accomplish whatever you set your mind to. My sole purpose is to better the lives of every individual physically and mentally.     I'm certified to train individuals of all fitness levels. I work under Nick Griffith at Elevate U Performance where we give athletes and sedentary individuals a unique opportunity to better themselves everyday. Elevate U is Guided by EXOS methodology, which gives us the knowledge to give you the best possible experience. Our first priority will always be our clients as we care deeply for everyone who decides to join our fitness community.

Had some session with Mitch with Elevate U good workouts as well They listen and plan you’re sessions with the fitness goals you are trying to achieve. If you’re looking for personal training sessions go see the Team at Elevate U ! It’s a great way to get professional guided workouts that are tailored for the goals you are trying to achieve.

Always there for my 5 days a week. Has helped me with weight loss and understanding the concepts of lifts and stretching. He has helped me lose 35 pounds in 12 weeks. Mitch is a great trainer and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients.

My daughter and I have conducted strength training with Elevate U Performance weekly for the last 5 months. We receive quality workouts that are both challenging and fun for the full hour. Elevate U has been great for my two teenage boys. They have consistently gone twice a week for sports performance training and have enjoyed working with Mitch. Coach McCallister has really changed my perspective on training/working out. Growing up playing football, all I knew was power lifting. Coach McCallister has shown me how important it is to incorporate lifts for stability, mobility and flexibility. I’m working muscles I never have before and really starting to feel/see changes in myself. Coach McCallister always keeps it professional, fun, and interesting. Can’t wait to continue training with Coach because the hard work is really paying off.
