Introduction: My name is Mitchell McCallister. The roots of my passion grow deep. It began at a young age when I started playing baseball. Through baseball I was able to learn what it takes to accomplish my own goals, and also what its like to experience adversity and overcome that adversity after tearing my ACL my Sophmore year of college. My goal was to play D1 baseball and I was well on my way to accomplishing that goal until my season was cut short. I've come face to face with adversity and understand what its like to fight through that adversity. My goal will always be to allow my clients to grow in ways they never thought were imaginable. I'm determined, motivated, knowledgeable, caring, and truly want whats best for all my clients.     I've always had a deep passion for helping others accomplish their goals. I'm someone who will stop at nothing to make sure you accomplish whatever you set your mind to. My sole purpose is to better the lives of every individual physically and mentally.     I'm certified to train individuals of all fitness levels. I work under Nick Griffith at Elevate U Performance where we give athletes and sedentary individuals a unique opportunity to better themselves everyday. Elevate U is Guided by EXOS methodology, which gives us the knowledge to give you the best possible experience. Our first priority will always be our clients as we care deeply for everyone who decides to join our fitness community.

Coach McCallister has really changed my perspective on training/working out. Growing up playing football, all I knew was power lifting. Coach McCallister has shown me how important it is to incorporate lifts for stability, mobility and flexibility. I’m working muscles I never have before and really starting to feel/see changes in myself. Coach McCallister always keeps it professional, fun, and interesting.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Generally, individual sessions will be between $50-$60. Once a client has developed a month of training purchasing a 10 session package will be available to clients to make individual sessions cheaper.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    For athletes, I will to take them through FMS testing to spot strengths and weaknesses. For other individuals I will take them through an exercise where I will evaluate strengths and weaknesses and see where their fitness level is to get an idea on how I will program for them going forward.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I received my education from Northwest Missouri State University where I obtained a bachelors in Exercise Science. After I graduated I decided to get certified with EXOS as a Performance Specialist. This is the most diverse certification EXOS has and has allowed me to train a wide variety of individuals.
