My typical process for working with a new customer begins with an in-depth consultation to understand their fitness goals, medical history, and any specific needs or limitations. From there, I design a personalized fitness plan that aligns with their objectives, ensuring a safe and effective journey towards achieving their desired results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a level 1 TRX Coach , NASM CPT Certified Personal Trainer, and dedicated my time to community involvement through volunteering as a youth coach and conducting group training classes for people of all ages at the local community center, I demonstrate a strong commitment in the community to helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. I combine my expertise and passion for fitness to serve others and being a valuable asset to changing individuals =for a better future.
