Rojas very good contractor will use him again for all my contracting needs. They rebuilt and rescreened my porch and did it in timly manner and clean up was great
Milt exceeded what he contracted to do in staining our new deck. He powerwashed twice and was meticulous in staining. I would always call him for any painting or staining. He is very thorough, dependable, and knowledgable.
I hired Marcus to install a patio door in my new house. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and worked very hard to get the job done and done right. He was very patient when I faced a couple road bumps and helpful during the whole process. One on the best people I've hired with following up before and after the job was done. Would recommend him for anyone needing some remodeling work around the house!
Richard installed a new privacy fence and front porch at our house. Everything looks great. There are always going to be little things that go wrong with every project, especially on our older house, but Richard was responsive and showed up when he said he would.
The deck looks great. Very, very pleased with the finished result and the fact that these guys pulled it off on such a reasonable budget. Jared and the crew even went the extra mile, and installed a support beam for added stability. Good communication throughout the whole process. Most of all, the biggest upside was the look of the deck. Cedar toned PTP with a cedar privacy fence and horizontal stainless railing. Has really added value to my house.
Dustin and his crew were good! They finished our small back patio over a three day period. It looks great and we look forward to enjoying it this summer! The wait was stressful because the weather did not cooperate but once we saw the finished product it was worth the wait!
Jim did exactly what I wanted him to do at a reasonable price. Repaired front porch handrail. Easy to work with, Ed S.
I was very pleased with the work Gary and his crew did on my front porch. It looks amazing! They completed the job in just one day. He consulted with me about what I wanted done and was great to work with. I would highly recommend him to others and will definitely use his company again for future home repairs. Rose D.
I had my gutters in my backyard done and they were very open on the process and gave me a great price since they had no minimum dollar amount to make. They were able to save me money but using some parts I had laying around and they were done in about 2 hours.
Oasis Construction and Design rebuilt our wrap around front porch with maintenance free products. The job was completed on time and the quality of craftsmanship is perfect. We highly recommend Oasis and plan to hire the company for future remodeling projects.
Nick and Charles replaced a rotting portion of our front porch railing. The response to my request was fast and the job was completed in less than a week. Thanks Nick and Charles. Tricia Schwind
I am extremely impressed with Holderman Construction. I recently hired this company for a project that involved several components, both indoor and exterior components, and I was completely satisifed with the results of every single component. I’ll go into the details in a minute, but among the highlights of working with this company were the excellent communication and feedback, the punctuality, great professionalism, and above all, the incredible attention to detail and high work quality, along with an excellent value - these guys put a lot of labor into my project at more than a fair price. And they were extremely easy to work with. My project lasted 4 days and they were great to interact with every single day, and did quality work every day. They were polite, friendly, and clean. They even removed their shoes, and did an outstanding job with post-project cleanup. The main interior project was bathroom remodeling of cabinets. We had attempted previously to have someone use color stain to re-stain our cabinets and trim, and we just never liked the results. So this project was starting to add up in cost, with a readily we didn’t really like. Ray (the primary/owner) and Aaron (one of his main partners) did an absolutely outstanding job on the bathroom cabinets. They fully sanded all the drawers and doors down so that the previous and original stains/polyurethane were completely removed before applying the color stain again. That was a critical component, because in the end, the color stain ended up looking terrific - even better than I’d hoped it would look. My expectation of how they should look when completed came from the swatches of the particular color I selected (rustic grey) for the color stain I’d purchased. We realized that the previous application of that same stain, we weren’t really seeing the wood come through the stain, but instead the previous (original) stain, becuase it hadn’t been fully removed. In the end, the cabinets and trim looked BETTER than that expectation! Ray and Aaron really hit it out of the park on this one. And when they were done with the sanding and staining, they cleaned up really well from the dust and there was very little lingering chemical smell from the stain. Awesome! I also had them fix some lingering plumbing problems that had frustrated me because a previous contractor was not able to resolve them. Not Holderman Construction - fixed them both for good. The remaining components of my project were wood rot repair and storm door installation. I really loved what they did with both of these tasks. Seems straightforward but there is the materials aspect - which product, wood or vinyl, etc. There was an odd complexity to the back door wood rot that introduced a potential obstacle but Ray and Aaron were able to find a solution and overcome it by finding the right type of wood at the right thickness (original builder apparently chose an unorthodox door and window frame thickness for SOME but not all of my windows and doors). They repaired the wood rot and painted over it and it looks great and is of course no longer rotted. But the real bonus for me was that in the process, Ray managed to correct an incredibly vexing problem with the main back door in front of the storm door - it was not level, and leaking a TON, and I mean a TON of air through the bottom and the sides. I didn’t go into the storm door installation with any expectation of improving the air flow issue for that door, but that’s what I ended up with. An almost complete remediation of that problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the back door now. It closes properly, it’s level, and virtually no air coming in! That’s only been bothering us for 15 years now. On top of that, several other contractors tried, but ultimately failed, to resolve that issue with the door. And come to think of it, at least one if not two previous contractors told me they’d fixed wood rot issues that they really did not fix. Well, they’re fixed now, becuase Holderman Construction fixed them CORRECTLY. Ray is highly attentive to detail, does quality work, at a more than fair price. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. And I can say the same for Aaron, his partner. I really enjoyed working with them, and not only would I hire Holderman Construction again, but I’m sure right now that I WILL hire them again for other projects I have waiting. I highly recommend them.
Had a porch built off my back door. I received the Taj Mahal of porches. Arrived on time, completed the job in 1 1/2 days as stated, quality, efficient, even in the cold and rain.. I will ask them back again the minute I have a job.
Extremely professional, detailed with excellent communication/listening skills. These are the three primary qualities I look for as a General Contractor when hiring a sub-contractor. Enrique is a poised man who lead his team in delivering a high-end framing project on an upper-end basement finish project. In addition, his team is VERY clean and well kept. A quality that is hard to find in this industry today. I would highly suggest Enrique for framing or sheetrock work.
We had rented out our previous home for fourteen years. It had gotten very run down during that time. Mark installed all new LED light fixtures, new doors, new flooring, new fencing, a new front porch, new landscaping, new second deck, and a host of other repairs. We sold it for above asking price. Mark's a great guy with a tremendous work ethic and commitment to his customers. I'm now utilizing him with reoairs on my present home as well.
Terry did a fantastic job - I love it! The stairs from my upper deck to the ground were aging, starting to split and the main anchor post had a bad case of wood rot at the bottom which made the railing wobble. It just didn't look or feel safe to continue using the stairs in that condition. Terry looked it over and offered an excellent solution that included properly installing a new anchor post and stair treads and shoring up the railing to provide overall stability. He also fixed the gate at the top of the stairs to prevent dragging, and rebuilt our warped and sagging backyard gate and the attached section of wood fence making it aesthetically pleasing in addition to restoring full functionality. Terry is very professional, customer focused and has excellent skills for the work he performed for us. He planned well, brought all the materials and tools needed and was very efficient in all aspects of the job. I could see that he had used care in selecting low blemish, quality wood, for which I am very appreciative. Everything he fixed looks as good as new and I feel the cost was fair and reasonable for the quality of workmanship. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Terry for a job well done!
I contacted Luke and Jim about repairing a section of drywall in my entry way that was at a very high point in the ceiling that ladders couldn't reach. Their reply to my post was within an hour and were able to evaluate the repair the next day. They evaluated the situation quickly and gave me a quote that day. I was very impressed by their professionalism and punctuality. They were on time every time throughout the project which is a very rare trait to find in a contractor if you have ever hired someone to do work before. They cleaned up as they went and before they left everyday. The quality of the repair was top notch and the ceiling looked like it never happened. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to contact Luke and Jim in the future for any additional projects in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.
Our work stands out because of the direction given to our workers, and the rigid quality check that they must pass on each project.
