- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a full service marketing plan, that is sure to bring you the most return in the sale of your investment. We do offer a discount when a client is selling and purchasing another home, or involving multiple transactions. We also offer a savings program for any people who are in service industries including, Law Enforcement, Firemen, Teachers, Veterans, Military, Nurses, Medical, Legal Professions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with each client and ask questions, listen to their goals, and get to know them on a personal basis. If they are selling a home, I also will tour the home with the homeowner to learn all of the details which make this home unique and marketable, as well as provide any suggestions for things the homeowner can do before going on the market to increase marketability. I have an exclusive marketing plan that can be customized to suit each client's needs, what's important to them, as well as ensuring we explore every opportunity to get the most money back in a home seller's pocket. If they are buying a home, the consultation is similar in that I get to know the client well, to be sure we understand what their goals are and assist and advise from there, the best way to do this.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently listed a beautiful home in Fairway that was on the market 2 previous times, with 2 previous Realtors, over a period of 15+ months, and 23 price changes, and no contracts before listing with us. I had the opportunity of meeting this seller, viewing this home, and shared with him our Exclusive Marketing Plan. The seller was very excited and pleased to hear some of the differences in what we do versus the previous agents. We listed this home 3 months after the previous listing expired, and at a higher price than the last time it was listed. We proceeded with our Marketing Plan, and were under contract within 6 Days of being on the market and SOLD for $25,000 ABOVE the Previous listing price, and as a result, $25,000 MORE in our client's pocket than what he expected!
