Ive had 8 various roof leaks in as many years in my 25 year old cement tile roof. Ive used a couple different roofers who are widely respected in KC area. I had an appraisal for latest leak from those and then got one by Hugo Quevedo. He was first to actually get up on roof removed many tiles and found leak and pointed out more permanent ways to fix the problem of water damming in valleys eventually rotting the underlayment lateral to valleys.We just had 3 rain overnight- no problemo! I watched the work done by Hugo compared to others and Im hopeful this one valley wont leak again for at least 25 yrs.Here is my review written to Hugo after he sent drone videos of each stage of his work :Hugo,GREAT work and excellent documentation of work .I am hopeful this will permanently fix this roof valley.I also appreciate the thorough clean up . Besides the quality of your roofing work on my cement tiles, I have also been impressed that You are courteous, reliable, very knowledgeable andOffer a fair value.You obviously want to be proud of the work you do.If you stay true to all these qualities, your new business WILL be successful. My name is Chris and I live in Lees Summit, MO. I had a small leak in my roof that only showed up when it rained so it wasnt top of mind most days. Fortunately for us Hugos Remodeling knocked on our door at just the right time. Hugo actually discovered several broken tiles that may have led to leaks down the road.
