We just bought our home and it is a proper fixer upper. We went through a few other plumbing companies and even brought someone out to do work which we paid for and were entirely dissatisfied with (late, unresponsive, unorganized... all the "uns" you don't want on a house project): Aundre and Sewer Surgeons were none of those. He was outstanding. Communicative, efficient, friendly, clean, honest. He and the office admin, Becky, kept us up to date after our original bid walk, worked on some updates for our bid, and showed up when booked and agreed upon. Aundre called before arriving to let us know, explained some of the nuances and weird things he ran into along the way, and kept us up to date during the project. He actually knocked a few bucks off after we talked through a part of the project I requested (thought we needed) and he told us we didn't. What?!?! We have additional plumbing work we need/want done and we will 100% be calling Aundre back to tackle those projects too. Thank you for doing such an excellent job!
