- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I choose massage therapy because I have suffered from back pain for most of my life due to an injury i sustained in a car accident. After I had my first massage I felt so much better and I knew I wanted to help alleviate pain like what I had experienced for other's.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the clients who find me are looking for Deep Tissue massage. They either have an injury, recovering from an injury or just prefer a deeper massage.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The one thing I wish people knew about massage therapists is that we are extremely dedicated and passionate about what we do. I ALWAYS want my client to be comfortable expressing what they need or want in terms of pressure, and if you don't like something PLEASE speak up! It's your massage, tell me what you are feeling and I will adjust.
