FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
one thing my customers should know about my pricing is, if I can't remember the going rate on a certain type of work or if I remember and I don't think it's fair for the work involved. I will research the national average and almost always will be within the lowest bids to middle bids. I will never purposely rip someone off. I am a big fan of working hard or smart for my money but never taking advantage because I may know a little more than them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process is usually a very strict one. I tend to be very particular about more things than normal. you won't see any smoking if cigarettes by myself or employee's. all my guys and myself included with not be dressed inappropriately at anytime. No ratty or ripped clothing. I like to stay organized and will even pick up my work area multiple times while still working in order to stay organized. I try to make sure to have all tools needed for the job. especially at a new customers jobsite or home. I have found that it looks very unprofessional and appear to be incapable of completing the job or task at hand. another big stickler of mine is foul language. I will not permit it at a new customers home or an old customers home. and definitely no in front of woman. it is disrespectful and is grounds for immediate termination. I've just listed a few items focused on in my process especially with new customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this work when I was 13 years old. I'm now 28 trying to start a business and I'm partnered up with another company. when I was 13 my neighbor who was a general contractor approached me one day and asked if I want to learn something and my answer was yes I do. I've always had an obsession with learning everything I can. so I started working for my neighbor and before I knew it OK was still going to school and working 50 hours a week. I gotta thank mister Braaton. because of his invitation I now have a work ethic That no one can even think about keeping up with or match!! (most would say anyway) Thank you for the opportunity Mr. Braaton, because of the opportunity you provided I'm now able to accomplish just about anything j out my mind to or put forth a little effort. I see others struggle with simple tasks and I just think all because of my past experiences am I able to do thkse things.
