- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a senior and military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and view the property first, if possible. Our first conversation I find out your preferred date and time for the projects to be completed. We them go over the type of material we will be cleaning(i.e.. floors, countertops, etc). I will also find out if there ay areas of concern or what is giving you the most anxiety. My crew will tailor each cleaning to make sure the client is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning commercial and residential properties part time most of my life. It stated as a child helping my Grandfather clean a movie theatre and church and I continued on picking up jobs here and there.
