Dawson Daly and his team did a great job for us in the nightmare scenario. The home business laptop hard drive died late Saturday night. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been in the computer repair, administration, and network support industry for almost 20 years, we have a vast array of experience with many different computer types, operating systems, and configurations. We bring this experience to work with us when we assess your unique service needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Andy started working on computers over 25 years ago as a young teenager, starting with repairing and building systems based on Dos and Windows 3.1 He then moved on to work as a Systems Administrator for a tech company in Columbia, MO serving dozens of companies around Mid Missouri. He then spent 8 years working as a IT Manager for customers in North Florida as before returning to Kansas City in 2016.
