- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, We charge by the living sq. ft. area of the home. Many inspections company's charge by the price of the home which is unrealistic. Example 0-1500 sq. ft. size home $250 1500-2000 $275
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calling us discussing their needs. Getting the inspection time set that works best. Doing the inspection 2-3hrs average, 30-40 pages average. Report is sent with in 24-36 hours after inspection is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-We have general contracting experience, built several homes. -Owned RRR In and Above Ground Pool and Landscaping company for 15 years. -1999 AHIT 120 hours in classroom and field trained thru K.U. collage dist. -16 hours yearly continuing education AHIT,ASHI,NASHI -Radon inspection classes certification Thru K.U. collage dist. -40 years of retail management /customer service, dist. and store managing big box stores.
