- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to create a comfortable relationship and find out what the customer is looking for so we can best decide how to proceed in order to give them exactly what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the Union as a mason for 17 years. During that time I had bought, rehabbed and sold 5 investment properties. I then decided to create my own company and make this my career.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started with a vendor that dealt primarily with REO homes.We have rehabbed over 90 homes in the last 5 years. We decided to go out on our own keeping with the tradition of honest work for honest pay.
