What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are different for each home. factors i consider are the sqft, are there pets in the home. are there children, how many people occupy the home, ect. customers receive a discount for every new person they refer and that chooses a recurring clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new client i want to give them the best proffesional service. I start with a walkthrough so that i can get a great look at the dust and buildup. Then the customer will recieve there quote verbally and in an email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the AHCA, and have completed the cleaning course for proffesionals.
