- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to visit the site to determine the scope of the project and to get a better estimate of what it might cost. We may charge a nominal $100 referral fee for this "site visit" which is payable on arrival. This fee will be credited back on the final invoice. Otherwise, our fees only include the design and project management, if needed. Normally, we do NOT do installation (except for water gardens), but can give you a good estimate on what it might cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a site visit and go over any important details with the client. We will then provide a detailed plan & written estimate to review. Our main goal is to create a MASTER PLAN that can be used for guidance on an entire property. This help to break up large project into smaller pieces but still maintain the overall design concept. We can can also schedule installations with a third party construction crew if requested.
