Had Kim come to the house to clean up before I moved in, and was mostly cleaned except for the most important room...the kitchen. Cabinets and drawers weren't wiped out, microwave not wiped out, refrigerator not cleaned inside or the top of it, inside shutters, return air vent, and so much more. The house was 99% empty. Voicemail is always full so can never leave a message.

Juan is a Fraud!!!! He wanted 400.00 to deep clean our house- for the beginning Cleaning! We agreed because it included cleaning under the kitchen Cabniets... plus he sold us on how well and through the clean.... it went well but the was still things that the missed bit we told them that we felt like it was a great start to business. I agreed to provided all the cleaning products etc.... to bring the maintenance cost down- plus they want to clean the house with vinegar! Which I can’t do. Second cleaning which was a week later was just okay- we notice they was running quickly through the house and missed some things even with me pointing out things at the end! Two weeks later for our bi weekly cleaning he texted me the night before and said to expect some else with his “ parents” because the normal Cleaner was doing something else - I requested that she didn’t due to us being new customers and we were just getting them to know how we like our house cleaned.... when they came they was rushing through my five bed house just as fast as they could!!!!! It normally takes 4- 5 hours to cleaning—— they was missing things all over!!!!! Juan knew they didn’t do well because he texted me to say they was done which he had never done before! Then he acted surprised that it didn’t do well I blamed him for either booking them too many houses to either clean or them not doing a good job- he blamed them!!! Said he would take with them and have them fix it and give a discount for my next cleaning!!!! Well Instead of him fixing it!!! I got a text saying that we wasn’t a good fit!!!! That a lair!!!! Be warned!!!! All he wants is good reviews- but I told him I would not until I see if he works out!!! Be warned he says he only has 4 employees but he told him send that they cleaned 27 or so houses one day!!!! You got to have more than 4 employees to that that’s Mis leading! BEWARE!! Not sure if they got offered cause I ask them not to use the bathrooms after they cleaned them which is only right!!! I do have photos

If it were possible to leave a negative review I would! My father is in the hospital for leukemia, and I was instructed to ensure the house was CLEAN and STERILE. I invited Jessica to give me a bid rather than her initial quote. She said "to do the whole house would be $550." I know it seemed steep, but this house was really dirty (smoker, dogs, you get the picture). She came at random times, so I was never able to be there with her, and then she started talking about going over budget. So we started reducing the number of rooms to clean. I just came to the house after giving her payment yesterday and I may as well done it myself. The grime that was left on the windows was bad enough that when I sprayed window cleaner on it brown "sludge" ran down them. Watch just 1 window here . Here are the results from 1 window THEREFORE! Do not HIRE this this women! I cannot stress this enough. It is 1 window, can you image the rest of the house

Not To be Lied To When Things End……. Because They feel That They have Gotten All They Can get - And Now Have A Better Plan….. The Respect To Not to Be Call 2 days before A Cleaning- That they Won’t be Coming- going out of Town With Family…… When You Do Bad Business It Does Add Up- One Day!!! What Saddens Me is to See My Cleaning Products In Another Customer House……. Some People Are Takers- They See Us As People They can get something from to build themselves!!! I Am Grateful Because I Do Know To Keep My Home Clean & I Know How To Clean It and Clean it Better Than any service….. it might take me Longer but it gets done “ Perfect “….. She was Excellent as well as Victor!! Worth every Dollar Spent! She is now our Housekeeper. I don’t feel like I need to look around anymore. We have someone who will meet our Family Needs... With a Great Attitude!!! Update!!!!!! After Working with Sylia for the past year- I am totally Disappointed- But I could see it coming!!!! She came in with her husband after me showing and explaining my needs she gave me a great bid- she did well.... however from the start I would Tip her $70.00 over her payment.. which I didn’t have a problem with I enjoyed it because we was getting our money worth-so I thought 💭. She was on a every two week schedule. At some point her husband stopped coming and then comes her “Sister “ From that point on it was issue after issue!!!!! Do I Believe that’s her “ sister” NO- check the background!!! After they would be done- and gone once we started living in the house we would see the short cuts and lazy-ness !!! Just like the lady review before me -if I said something about things on the quick walk through she would get upset and not want to clean it and her attitude would be poor.... I would talk to her about the job she was doing and she would say she wanted to keep me as a customer- so I kept and kept working with her!!! Always Tipping her!!! That’s just who I am! I notice she my cloths started coming up missing first!!!! Then I notice my Cleaning products was coming up missing- she starting using up all my papers towels!!! She would always deny deny! So in a effort to keep working with her I went to ——don’t bring nothing!!!!! Just yourself- use my cleaning products vacuum etc..... and my husband told her we would stop tipping up front until after the cleaning was done on the next visit- so we could live in the home for a few days and actually see if things were done right- because we was feeling cheated both ways !!! Tips and Products!!!! Once we did that she never showed up anymore!!! Didn’t even answered my call!!!! I was right- !!!!! once right before this she had the nerve to confront me about the issues I was having with theft right in front of her employee “ Sister” So Unprofessional!!! I had to ask is this your business partner???? Which can’t speak English but was standing there as if she wanted answers—-Beware—- when I tried to write her a check one time it had to go into - I think her husband name- I spoke to a referral I gave her and told her of the theft- and she said she thought the same thing but thought she was tripping!!!! That confirmed my suspicions!!!! I hated I keep her around for sooo long- but it’s hard to let people in your home!!!!!! I wish I would have cut my loses sooner! I tried to even help her and give her referrals - since she was acting “ Poor”- who really knows.... she might start out great - but it won’t end that way!!! Also I hate I let them speak out of English in MY HOME!!! It always bothered me!!! They could be saying anything!!!! Whomever comes next I will require more-and definitely speak in a language I can understand in MY HOME
