Tom Daley has done a thorough and professional job while helping me maintain my Wildwood rental property from out of state. He has removed an entire tree and landscaped the area, cleaned gutters, tackled a mystery plumbing leak (which he inexpensively fixed with caulk and a dab of paint), repaired some exterior trim boards, and more -- all without exorbitant "trip charges," material markups, or doing a crap job because he know's I'm out of state and will never see it. Brian installed laminate in my bathroom shower and quarter round in two bedrooms, and caulked several plaster cracks. My AC went out while he was working on the bathroom job, and he was able to fix my AC, because he is HVAC- certified. He even pitched in and helped my moving helpers with a few things.
