I cannot recommend Pate’s Moving & Delivery enough. John and his team have helped me through several very different situations, and every single time they have gone above and beyond.
The first time I hired them, I was moving from a home I originally intended to buy into a loft building, and I needed my belongings split between multiple locations, including my nephew’s apartment and my dad’s home. It was raining, but that didn’t slow them down at all. They wrapped and protected everything, took apart what needed to be disassembled, loaded it all, and handled the move in about three hours. They were fast, careful, professional, and incredibly efficient.
Unfortunately, I later needed John again after my father passed away and we had to clean out his home. That was obviously a much more emotional situation, and his team made the process so much easier. They didn’t just show up and haul things away. They helped bag items, sort through what needed to go where, transport donations to thrift stores, take other items to the dump, and ended up hauling much more than originally planned because several people who were supposed to pick things up never showed. They adjusted without making the situation harder or making us feel like we were inconveniencing them.
My mother was there during that cleanout, and even the people connected to John reflect the same kind of character. She got helpful tips from his social media manager, later happened to run into her at another event, and the woman even took the time to wrap my mom’s hair for her. That may seem like a small thing, but to me it says a lot. John doesn’t just provide great service, but he surrounds himself with genuinely good people.
I’m also a property manager, so when tenants have left belongings behind and I’ve needed a property cleaned out, John has been my first call. He has consistently been one of the most reasonably priced, punctual, dependable, and easy-to-work-with people I’ve dealt with.
At this point, if I need something moved, delivered, hauled away, or cleaned out, Pate’s Moving & Delivery is who I’m calling. John is an all-around good guy, his team works hard, his prices are extremely fair, and the level of service is unmatched. 10/10. I recommend them without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Pate’s moving and delivery. This was my first time using professional movers and John made the process seamless. He was professional, timely, and provided constant communication throughout the move to ensure everything was running smoothly. John and his employees were very thorough and ensured my furniture arrived in perfect condition. I will always use this company for future moves.

John and his crew were amazing at moving my mom out of her house. She had wayyyy more stuff than expected, and they did the job fast, carefully, and professionally. They really made every minute of the move count. The response time to schedule the move was quick; they were available to schedule me in the same week, and overall it was a GREAT experience.
I've used this company twice so far, no complaints. I always suggest Pates Moving and Delivery!
