- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reasonable price for quality work. I also offer multi service discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential new customer has reached out with a job request, I go over the details of there request. Then I'll respond as swiftly as possible letting them know my availability and contact info.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Vatterott college. 2 years experience as a help desk technician. 10 years exp. as an installation & repair technician for At&t. Lastly, for the last 4 yrs I've been been operating a Tech/Handyman business.
