I received a phone call from Steve right after I posted I wanted help getting my table refinished and chairs recovered and cushioned. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services very competitive. Im not always the lowest price but my quality is always great.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can set an apointment for a quote or give an estimate with pictures. Now days its not uncommon to not meet the customer until I show up to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been refinishing furniture for almost 40 years, since 9th grade. Besides a college education most of my work education came from learning on the job. Its hard to learn some things from books.
