They were able to fit me in the morning I put in the request, which was awesome. Dealing with him was easy, but that's as far as the satisfaction went.
I came home from work that evening to a mess of a yard. A normal push mower was used which left clumps of grass all over my yard. In addition, there were numerous parts of the yard that weren't even cut. Also, no trimming was performed around our front trees or mailbox.
Therefore, when I came home I spent 30 minutes just blowing off all the grass clumps in the front yard, I didn't have time to touch the back. I will need to re-now my whole yard just to have it done correctly and remove all the excess grass. I've had numerous companies, including ones from thumbtack now my lawn, and this is the worst it's ever looked. Quite frustrating when I spend good time and money to keep my lawn looking nice.
He responded to me instantly back and forth the day I placed the service request, but after contacting him regarding my frustration I've yet to hear anything. So I'm out $30 and considering it lesson learned for next time.

I only used this service once and he got me in the day after he quoted me. He sent me a pic of my back yard, which from the picture looked okay, considering that my lawn mower had broken and the grass was fairly high, just to see the yard again was a plus. However when I got home from work the yard was not as professionally done as I would have expected since I paid $100 to have it done. There were weeds still in the front yard and not very neatly trimmed around the yard. Very displeased and will not be contacting him again.

We're sooty that you were not satisfied with our service. Please keep in ming that the majority of your front and back yard was over 24-36 inches tall, it really required brush hogging rather than mowing. This would have cost upwards to $250-300. The yard needs reconditioning which does take time, regular maintenance will resolve this issue. Thank you.
