Me and my wife have wanted a new deck for years and now we finally have a beautiful new maintenance free custom designed deck. Eagle Revolution and their team were extremely easy to work with. I'm updating my review on this place. I don't know what happened. I tried to get a quote on some windows and the lady I used to speak to the last time I used eagle wasn't there or was unavailable but I was treated pretty rudely. Now their prices are still pretty reasonable but because of the way I was treated I will not be going back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One price, in writing, before we leave your house. We measure the job, photograph what's actually there, and hand you an exact number the same visit. No ballpark, no revised invoice after the crew starts. That number covers labor, material, permits where they're required, and haul-off. The only thing that changes it is you changing the scope. We also offer 100% financing with a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, and we'll put the monthly payment next to the cash price so you can decide with real numbers instead of guessing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You call or message us and we set a time that works for you.
2. We come out for about an hour. We measure, we get on the roof or open up whatever we need to, and we photograph the actual condition.
3. We walk you through your options and what each one costs, in plain language. If there's rot behind the siding or a problem under the shingles, you hear it right then, not after the deposit clears.
4. You get the exact price in writing before we leave, along with financing options if you want them.
5. If you move forward, we schedule the install and you have one point of contact from that day until the job passes final inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers are trained on the specific product going on your house, not pulled off a general labor list. We install manufacturer-spec systems - IKO roofing, ProVia and Endure windows and doors, CedarMax and CraneBoard siding, Wolf Serenity decking - and we install them to the manufacturer's spec, because a lifetime product installed wrong is a lifetime problem. Our sales team is trained in-house before they ever sit at your kitchen table, so you are not the practice run.
