First time using Rent A Vet Carpet Cleaning and it's clear to see why they get five star reviews! From my first contact via phone they were professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and I'm someone who seeks answers! When Frank arrived he introduced himself and he explained what he would be doing and how and as a first time customer I appreciated that. My carpets were very overdue for a cleaning and the stains in the high traffic areas, that have been years in the making, were going to be tough to remove. Considering that and the age of the carpet, he did a miraculous job in bringing them back to a much better appearance.
