- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was able to work with another company installing cameras at a high dollar car sales lot. It took over a month. Also while waiting on parts we did a fire system, alarm system, and camera system in whats going to be one of the largest daycares in the county. These two projects both had a ton of wiring, obstacles, and tight deadlines. It was amazing to be able to learn so much so quickly and add some new tricks to the arsenal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have someone come by for a consultation. A one hour discussion with eyes on the space proves over and over to lead to a smooth seamless install! Some projects can be difficult to fully grasp over the phone. In home visits pre install work wonders.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What kind of wall mount bracket do you want? Flat? Tilting? Full Motion? What are you hooking up to the TV and where are you putting the equipment? Is there electric nearby? Would you like the wires hidden? Exposed? In a tracking system?
