- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a general contractor it's very hard to have standard prices considering we do so many different types of work and every situation calls for different solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to go out and see a job and meet the customer so that I can get an accurate quote, and if the customer decides to choose us I'll already have an idea of what we need for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to be a union carpenter framing houses, I've done a lot of other types of construction including concrete and the other people that work for me have a lot of experience in construction as well, most of our experience is hands on but that's the best type of education if you ask us! I'm currently working on my bachelors degree in business but that doesn't get your walls painted or your concrete poured haha.
