- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As members of the Realtor association we do standard continuing education on all real estate practices. We also read up on new management ideas and trends happening around the nation. We also go through training with our systems providers and train with other management companies in a collective networking group for improving professional services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job we do for owners is leasing a vacant unit and then managing the rent collection and repair needs of the new tenant. We offer other services such as unit remodeling and mowing, but many owners decide to do those things on their own to save some money till the house rents.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know forwards and backwards what they are charging you, how much they are charging you and what services are included in that pricing. Sometimes you can get hit with fees you didn't know about, because you didn't ask.
