My roof started leaking in my entryway a couple of days after the January snowstorm and Best Choice was able to get someone over to me the next morning, despite the snow and weather. Don Fort was great and scraped off a ton of ice and snow off of the affected area of my roof to prevent further leaking until he could do a proper assessment after the snow melts - and didn’t charge me for that or coming out! I’m looking forward to working with Best Choice and Don further to get my roof issues resolved. Thanks, Don!

I will give merit where it is due and I will do my best to be professional and fair, will not name names. The three stars is for the roofers doing a great job and the company doing a great job reaching out to insurance. If I was basing my rating on these two factors, I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately I did not have the best outcome dealing with the company. Their initial salesmen mispresented their scope of work, persuaded and convinced me to go ahead with the roofing project. My main/primary concern was repairing and modifying the roof on my deck to keep away rain and snow during inclement weather. This this company does not do this kind of work, but the one salesperson was very convincing and insisted not to worry, they will make sure the issue was taken care of when the roof was complete. The deal was very good and my roof was old anyway, so it was like hitting two birds with one stone. I agreed that I would have to add more money for the deck roof. Needless to say, the salesperson left the company right before the roof project was complete. Initially the manager was very helpful, very professional and assured me that they would help me. I was grateful that they cared. WRONG!! I kept pushing and calling the manager every 1 week, two weeks, etc because I was worried of the bad weather coming in. I did not get help from him, just empty promises and run arounds. He would not even call me back with updates or anything. I finally found someone to fix the issue. I understand that the company does not do the kind of work that was promised, but they should have helped a little bit. I finally found someone to fix the issue although it is too late with bad weather already here. Long story short, they have good staff but they need to do better with problem solving and also train their sales people not to mispresent and mislead customers for the sake of securing a project. I wish things would have turned out differently but my issues was handled poorly, maybe because I am a female homeowner and they thought I am not well informed on how things work. Far from it. I am sure there are many people who would highly recommend them, their roofing is great, beautiful work and they go above and beyond with insurance staff, I just don't like how my situation was handled and not addressed properly, for now I would not recommend. If anything changes for the better, I will update the review.

We will then be there to meet with your insurance adjuster after you've made the claim. Then we will provide a detailed estimate, and guide the customer through the insurance claims process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
