- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask them about their process. How do they do the work that you need them to do. Who is your direct point of contact? Do they stand behind their work? How do they communicate with their clients, phone, txt, only email? How long have they been in the digital business? Do they have clients that you can talk to for a recommendation? All of these things will tell you whether or not they know what they are doing. But ultimately, it comes down to trust and how you feel about the agency and the people that work there. Do you trust them to do what they say they will, and do you feel that they are a good fit.
