- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic guideline that I use in estimating the price in painting a room, for instance a basic room I estimate about 175 for the whole room which includes ceilings, trim, walls,doors. Of course each job & room varies depending on what needs to done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make sure I know specifically what they want or expect in each room or areas they want painted. After I've seen the job I try to give them an estimated time frame of how long the project will last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No not in particular. I do however try new methods to improve my skills sometimes.
