- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rate pricing for most specific repairs. I always work with customers to ensure fair pricing on new installation, replacements, and repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make contact (phone or email) to start an open line of communication. Meet at the jobsite to give an accurate quote. Give the customer several options without adding pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ranken Technical Colege. I also have attended several courses on control systems, new technology, boilers, heat pumps, etc...
