We hired Chef Michael for our wedding reception (on NYE). From the very beginning Michael was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Our guests raved about the food (all of it was delicious!). His staff was a pleasure to work with. We would definately work with him again. I think Michael gained some new customers after our event.

Chef Eagan was amazing! This was our first time experiencing a personal chef in our home (taking it I love to do the cooking lol) and we hired him for my husband surprise private dinner party. And Chef EXCEEDED our expectations. I will use him again and again and again. The food was the best we have had in years YES YEARS! And his personality made the experience the best.

Let me start by saying this is a preliminary review. We won't use his services until the end of April. However - Up to this point, the booking process has been Fantastic!! I've contacted him with multiple questions and he has been super speedy with responding, very easy to get ahold of, very nice and very professional.
