Raymond the contractor, that I dealt with, was very courteous and gave detailed information about the materials he was using, the time frame of the job, and what the pros and cons of the project itself. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first thing is meeting the customer face to face. then doing a walk thru the job to find out what they want done. and I believe in first impressions mean everything we are Timely to show up. and we keep the job site clean and picked up at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this trade for over 20 years and there is nothing more than I like to do then rehab homes and strive for customer satisfaction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My best friend dad ask me one day. Do you want a job or do you want a career. I said I wanted a career. He got me a job being a helper then I went from there. Now its been 23 years later and I still love what I do..
