- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The greatest piece of advice I can offer, is choose your contractor wisely. What I mean by that is, choose someone who is local not from out of state or a national company. The second thing I can say is make sure that the contractor takes the time to ask you what you want, and take the time to talk about the process they will use. The biggest reason for unhappy customers is a direct result of the contractor not explaining, what he will be doing and how it will be done. Customers tend to become upset when they do not see the process they thought would be used. Detailing everything will make all parties aware of the work being done.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That pressure washing and sealing wood, concrete and masonry is actually a very precise thing. In order for it to be done correctly, everything has to be taken into consideration. Such as weather, temperature of the water being used, PH level of the surface, and amount of pressure used. All of these factors can be the difference between having a great looking surface that lasts and having one that has to be redone every year or two. When done correctly you can go years without having to reclean the surface, but when done incorrectly you could have to redo it in a matter of months.
