Top notch plumber! Speedy response to my initial job request, scheduled the repair for the next day and showed on time, then explained what he repaired including added support for the pipe. Nick will be my first choice for all plumbing repairs in the future!

This past week, I hired Sewer Solution Pros to help me figure out why there was water coming from the concrete basement floor. Ken was able to determine that the pipe was probably blocked and had nowhere else to go but spray through a crack in my concrete basement floor. Kyle suggested that we try snaking the pipe to see if it was blocked. So Nick came the very next morning to snake the pipe and it was indeed blocked. So this allowed us time to clear the room being affected before having to dig the concrete to find/fix the leak. I am so thankful for their honesty and temporary fix in order to allow me to prepare the basement for a bigger job. They were on time, professional, and answered all my questions without hesitation. They also responded quickly whenever I contacted them. I definitely will use them again and give a review after the bigger job of replacing the broken/leaky pipe under the basement flooring.
