- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum of $60 and on average $60 per hour for Handywork. For multiple task and larger projects, prices can be negotiable at a set price before hand or discounted. $80 an hour minimum for electrical work. Large painting projects are $100-$150 per room, depending on the rooms size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For large projects- Walk through of the house/areas needing work. Then work will be quoted.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife needed to quit her full time job to take care of our new born twins. I'm working on my days off and before shifts at my main job as your neighborhood handyman.
