Sometimes around Thursday afternoon/evening, my 28 year old water heater decided to go out. I messed with the pilot light, trying to get it to light again, but couldn’t. I contacted a couple places and people, but didn’t really get anywhere or I had to be put on a waitlist… I got on Thumbtack and found Don. Don and I chatted a bit about what needed to be done. (I already knew it was looking like a new water heater was going to be needed…) In LESS THAN 48 hours, Don (and his wife!), were at my house with the new water heater, all the necessary parts, and it was installed in less than probably an hour and a half. Don’s very knowledgeable in his work and if any other home projects outside of my own expertise come up, I’ll definitely be reaching out to Don.

I needed a toilet installed and my water main wasn’t turning off and needed replaced. Don came the next day, was very punctual and professional, and did the work that needed done and went above and beyond. The new toilet was defective, but he replace the bad part and made sure everything was working perfectly. I will certainly call him again for my future needs.
