- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest. I’m not the most expensive. I pay taxes and insurance. So it’s impossible to be the cheapest based on my skill set and all the commercial work I do. If I make a repair I charge accordingly as discussed before starting. If don’t. I charge a $15 dollar service call. Veterans, Senior and First Responder, Teacher and Nurses discounts available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I like to get them on the phone and talk to them. We can both answer questions in a timely manner as well as get a feel for each other. I might not be the best fit for them and that's ok.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend training a few times a year to stay up to date on the ever changing technology.
